The Entrepreneur Institute’s Business Development Services have been developed into three phases. These phases are designed to assist entrepreneurs in building successful business enterprises.
PHASE I: Credit before Capital – Entrepreneurs must have the ability to understand how personal credit & debt affects their ability to access the capital. This program is required before registering for the next phase.
PHASE II: Foundations of Business Planning – Developing a solid business plan is a key component to planning your business future and the ability to access the necessary capital and funding needed. This program is strongly recommended prior to seeking capital.
PHASE III: Accessing Capital – In today's economy entrepreneurs must look to alternative funding sources to finance their business enterprises.
